Join us and other Gypsy Roma Traveller (GRT) teams to discuss best practice and share intelligence for local authorities dealing with illegal encampments, the travelling communities, van dwellers, and new-age travellers.
We will have local authorities from Birmingham, down to Devon & Cornwall in attendance, as well as Police liaisons from these regions to discuss their findings.
The purpose of the meeting is to:
- Discuss best practice
- Help you identify and tackle anti-social behaviour
- Recognise advance warnings or larger encampments
- Minimise adverse publicity
- Build better working relations across the Able Client board
The day will include briefings from experienced team leaders in the relevant GRT teams, as well as a Q&A on all topics.
This is a great opportunity to meet other liaison teams and grow your skill set.
Buffet lunch and refreshments will be provided.
