ISO Certification

We are pleased to announce that due to our high-quality customer service, Able Investigations & Enforcements have been awarded an ISO 9001 Certification. As one of the leading authorities in our field, this certification shows we are living up to the high standards we set ourselves and consistently deliver a valuable service for our clients. This represents the culmination of a lot of hard work from the team and is a recognition of our ability to deliver enforcement and investigation services to the highest level.

What is ISO 9001?

ISO 9001 is a Certification used in over 170 countries, focused on enhancing customer experience and ensuring that businesses run as smoothly as possible. The ISO (International Organisation for Standardisation) website states that  “ISO 9001:2015 sets out the criteria for a quality management system” and “is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement” which is a strong indicator of our customer-driven ethos and hard-working values.

How accreditation works

To obtain ISO 9001 accreditation, a company “needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements”. The certification isn’t awarded by ISO themselves but instead by a third-party independent certification body. To be awarded this prestigious ISO accreditation, Able Investigations & Enforcements passed a comprehensive audit to show our consistent, high-quality delivery, as well as keeping to statutory regulations. To ensure the high standards required are kept to, we may be audited annually to further demonstrate our unwavering excellent service.

Our highly-experienced team has long been committed to great customer service. As an example of this, whatever time of day you ring the office, you will always be put through to one of our management team.
