If payment is not agreed outside of the court, then the court can order the debtor to pay, and if payment is not made, then the court can enforce the judgement. Once the court enforces the judgement, you can begin proceedings to recover the debt using an enforcement agency and a ‘warrant of control’ providing the sum owed is £5,000 or less.
