Able Investigations head to court to renew their certifications

As we continue to work to deliver the best services we can to our customers, we are proud to announce we have recently been to Bristol Civil Justice to renew our certifications.

Able outside court

Doing so means our team of enforcement officers are legally able to assist with recovering debt. Our certification allows us to enforce CCJs or High Court Writs by taking control of goods and, if required, selling these to cover the costs of monies owed.

Avoid using uncertificated officers

While you may be swayed to use uncertificated officers with the offer of cheap or reduced costs, doing so can in fact end up costing you more.
Using an uncertificated officer will jeopardise your proceedings, and they cannot legally seize goods or collect debts. Uncertificated agents are acting fraudulently and while they may appear to know the correct procedures, using one could delay or prevent the collection of debt.

Always use an experienced and authorised team

Here at Able Investigations, we would always recommend you use an enforcement agency that consists of a knowledgeable and experience team who hold all the correct qualifications. This will allow you to receive the quickest results possible while following correct legal procedures.

As we have a thorough understanding of the law, including CRAR, and hold the relevant certificates, we will be able to send you down the right route when you need to recover debts. We can help you distinguish between needing a CCJ or an Order from the High Court, so you use the correct procedure for your requirements.

We are an investigations and enforcement team who can help with recovering debt, repossessing land, CRAR procedure, traveller eviction, removal of squatters, and High Court enforcements. For more information about our business, or to find out how we can help you and your business, please get in touch with a member of our team on 0345 366 0000.
