A Structured Approach to Legal Service

From first instruction to final proof, we follow a structured procedure that meets all legal requirements and keeps your case moving forward as quickly as possible.

Receive and Review

We accept documents and service instructions by secure email or post. We run over addresses, deadlines, and any specific service requirements, to make sure we are compliant with your needs and take the most appropriate course of action.

Plan the Approach

If personal service is required, we plan attendance accordingly. We investigate the recipient to confirm their address and frequently visited locations, such as their workplace.

Attempt Service

Our certificated agents attempt service. We make sure to attend at evenings and weekends to maximise the chances of an encounter. Each attempt is recorded.

Confirm Progress

Once service is completed, we notify you by email or phone with the key details, so you can update your timetable and move on to the next step.

Proof of Service

We provide proof of service in the format required, such as a sworn affidavit or a statement of service (Form N215). This includes when, where, how, and by whom service was completed, alongside and any relevant observations.

If the Recipient is Evasive

If personal service cannot be achieved, we report back on what has been attempted and provide the information required for you to pursue the next lawful option, including an application for substituted service where appropriate.

Our Approach
Process Serving to the Highest Standard
It’s easy to brush over the value of professional service. In theory, all you have to do is hand over some papers. But that kind of thinking puts the liability of court cases at risk. If service is unverifiable, late, or not done to the letter of the law, the consequences can be costly.
With a trained process server, you guarantee the job is done right and done quickly. We work to the high standards set out in Civil Procedure Rules and the relevant requirements for the document in question, and our expertise in investigations ensures we will not be stopped by evasive tactics. Once our job is done, you will receive a detailed proof of service report to support your matter.
